Best Doctor ! Very Knowledgeable, takes time and care to explain things to patients. Make you feel like family. This is a doctor who actually takes stock in how his patients are doing. He researches everything. Dots his i crosses his t’s. Interacts with your other doctors to get the whole picture. I’m going to be 93. Ive been a patient of doctor Katznelenbogen for over 40 years ! I would say I’m proof he does a good job! Definitely Recommend this doctor.

With the doctor is ok, only receptionist is like not too polite. And when calling for an appointment or wanting to with physician, you place on hold for a long time. I call not long ago was on hold for a longtime time. Had to hang up and again twice. On my last try I spoke with receptionist. Also when need a prescription the office manager take a long time to fax it. The way one person speak to the physician, like if she got more authority then the physician.

Awesome first time experience with the doc. He was extremely kind and funny, he was very helpful and understanding of my medical needs. I give him 5 stars easy and look forward to having Dr Andes as my primary care physician.

Dr. Andes is an excellent doctor he takes his time and go over your test results and he listens to you when you say your in a lot of pain he's all about focusing on curing the patients not about just writing a prescription and moving on to the next patient I would recommend Dr. Andes anytime he was in Brooklyn at first then he moved to Far Rockaway I followed him to his new location because you can't find caring doctors like Dr. Andes anymore.
