I love the friendliness of the staff and the through and thoughtfulness of the physician. What I’d like to see is a more efficient waiting time. If the medical professional is going to be delays, that information should be communicated with the patient so they the patient does not become inpatient because of long waiting periods.

Nostrand Ave/ Nice and clean office. Office admin staff are good. Medical assistant staff could be a little more professional. Staff making and confirming rhe appointments have to slow down to be sure they are making the appointment for the correct site.
